How To Complete Your To Do List

Having an over flowing to do list can be daunting but it’s not impossible! There are several tips and tricks you can use to get through it and deliver the quality it needs to be.





1.

Make A List.


It should include all of the tasks you need to complete for the week, it’s ok if more items are added throughout the day.


Whilst making the list you can also figure out which items are priority, and which item can be finished quickly.


Whatever you can complete quickly, get those tasks done and out of the way. That way when you begin to work on the larger tasks you will not be distracted.


Think about what tasks you will complete in the 1st half of the day and then which tasks you will complete on the 2nd half of the day.


2.

Mark Off Tasks You Complete The,.


This way you can see your progress which in turn will help to keep you motivated. I don’t know about you, but when I have seen how much I have accomplished I feel great!


You can use highlighters or create a code of symbols you can easily remember.


3.

Make A New List Everyday.


As the days or weeks go by, you need to keep your lists up to date. Make sure you do this everyday so the previous days tasks that where not completed do not get lost in your notebook or diary.
