You need to plan your week, organise your schedule, say yes or no to friends invites. But you just don’t know how to respond because you haven’t put your schedule together yet.

Write Down Absolutely Everything
You can't possibly remember, all of your deadlines, the invitations, your food shopping list, your doctor’s appointment and expect to get everything done.
Having a long list of all of the tasks you can remember is not going to make anything easier. Put it on paper and allocate your tasks to specific days and times. It will be a big relief!
Put Dates Next To Your Tasks.
It does need to be neat or perfect at this stage, you can write it in a notebook or on a scrap piece of paper as long as you are allocating time and dates to your long list of things to do.
Transfer It Into Your Planner.
Now that you have all of your tasks down, and you have allocated date, transfer it into your planner to complete setting up your planner. Transferring it into your planner saves you having to cross tasks out as you start putting in your tasks.
